Can I just tell you how cute my nephews are?? They are really the cutest human beings I have ever seen..and I'm not just being biased.  I'm truly convinced my sister has used up every cute gene our family possessed, and I may be left with nothing.  Gavin is hilarious.  He dances. He squeals.  He runs.  He wrestles.  He does gymnastics.  He hunts Easter eggs with the best of them.  HE IS ADORABLE.  Logan is maturing so much.  Last time I was home I couldn't carry on a conversation with him lasting more than two or three responses.  Now he goes on and on.  He's a very competent dyer of eggs.  And he's becoming quite the king of toddler gymnastics.  He hopped up in bed with me one morning and started trying to spell everything on a toy train box.  They really grow up so fast....

Oh, before I went home, I got to shake President Bush's hand.  Matt Shiraki took a few of us to the White House to greet President and Mrs. Bush when they arrived in Marine One.  There was a pretty large crowd, but I got close enough to the front to shake his hand.  He moved on down the line and found a cute baby girl who he scooped up in his arms and started kissing.  Then he turned to his photographers and made sure they got a shot.  That family gave their info, and will receive a professional picture in the mail!! So cool.  The whole experience was great!

just to keep everyone up to date....I haven't heard anything from my doctor...when I do, I'll let you all know.  Honestly, I'm at peace about the whole situation...and those of you who read this probably already know what's up..but I figured this was an easy way to let you all know that I still DON'T know.  But I promise to pass on any news I get.

Thanks for your prayers guys!

what a long week...

Public Relations School all week-I'm a student

CPAC today and tomorrow-I'm 'networking'.  Did get a sweet picture with one of my heroes.  Tried to see Tony Snow...couldn't.  Saw Carl Cameron a LOT, but didn't work up the nerve to ask for a picture (I was afraid he might run me over because he was rushing around as reporters do).

SO much to catch up on

Wow, it's been awhile!

The Superbowl....went exactly as I hoped.  I like Tony D. and Peyton and hoped they'd both come away winners.  YAY!  Prince was disappointing with a touch of scary.  So much for halftime.

Work is fine.  We have a week-long school coming up-- Campaign Leadership School.  Should be a fun seven days!

Baseball starts soon.  I've already e-mailed my mother about when she and dad are coming down to see the Indians play either the Nationals or the Orioles.  I will see both series, thank you very much.

Church-I found one I really like.  It's got a southern feel and is very homey.  I can't wait to get involved with AWANA on Wednesday nights.  Hopefully I'll be able to do that in March.  I'll be attending classes on weeknights this month.

My laptop pooped out on me earlier this week, but for the moment it's working, so I'm going to go read up on everyone elses' lives:)

Happy V-Day for those of you who care
